Sport

The Chaos society believes that sport plays an important role in university life. The university sports teams are often too competitive or too expensive to get involved in which is why we provide our members with low cost, casual sports teams.

We have a football team which has run for many years, and we are hoping to establish more teams for a wider range of sports in 2023/24. These teams play matches against other University of Bristol societies and give our members the chance to meet people with similar interests.

The current Captain of the team is Matthew Parker. If you have any questions about the football team, or would like to participate, feel free to email him on oi21824@bristol.ac.uk.

These teams also improve both mental and physical health by providing an escape from the stresses of academic work as well as a form of physical exercise.
