Physfest


Physfest was a day of talks, panels and networking open to the public and hosted in June 2023. It completely organised by CHAOS and was incredibly successful with over 100 people attending.

This was a panel of experts working in a range of different areas discussing the impact of physics at Bristol.

Featured academics included Professor Joel Goldstein, Dr Chris Bell, Professor Ruth Oulton, Dr Tomas Martin, Dr Andy Young and Dr Thomas Machon.

Historic tours

Tours around the HH Wills Laboratory took place to show the public the wonderful historic building as well as some lab demonstrations.
